Product Manager

Project Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience: identify and fill product gaps, generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, drive growth
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
• Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
• Act as the liaison between clients and development teams
• Translate business strategy into product strategy and subsequently the translation to high level requirements
• Own and execute the product roadmap
• Provide insights and collateral to stakeholders on the specific areas of the product
• Manage all aspects of the product throughout its lifecycle, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
• Act as the product owners in agile ceremonies

Qualifications & Requirements

REQUIRED

• Must be able to work 5 days onsite per week
• 8+ years of experience in product management
• Agile and traditional project management experience
• Experience in the data & AI domain
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Relevant education
• Ability working in Agile, fast-paced, data-driven environment

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience working with large-scale distributed systems with many stakeholders and clients
