Project Overview
The Community Administration Solutions (CAS) program delivers financial, payroll, and reporting tools to community care healthcare service providers across Ontario. It supports back-office functions and data submissions to the Ministry of Health through hosted MIS and HRIS applications that map organizational financial data to OHRS reporting standards and enable payroll, HR, scheduling, and workforce management for thousands of users and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily Tier 2 subject matter expertise and client support through the Footprint ticketing system (or other mechanisms) for Quadrant Workforce modules (HR, Payroll, Scheduling, Leave Management, QSS), MS Dynamics Great Plains, BSSI HFM, and Logibec MMS
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll support for healthcare employees supported by client organizations
- Prioritize regularly scheduled support activities alongside urgent, unscheduled support requests with high responsiveness and time sensitivity
- Act as a liaison between users and technical/support teams including database, system, and network administrators, privacy and security specialists, and software subject matter experts
- Identify application defects and assist with complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Follow established service management processes and identify opportunities for process improvement

- Must be able to work onsite at the identified OPS office location

- Public Sector Experience - 5 points
- 2+ years of experience working in the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of personal health information protection legislative requirements and how they apply to developing and maintaining healthcare systems containing personal health
- Technical Skills - 45 points

- Knowledge of Service Management Processes with 5+ years’ experience in supporting remote clients.
- Experience triaging tickets, prioritizing, categorizing, and handling service requests, incidents, and problem tickets
- Experience with Footprints Ticketing Application
- Management and Communication Skills - 20 points
- Proven track record for building strong working relationships
- Strong interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills, including tact and diplomacy to ensure client needs are managed effectively
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to apply strong listening skills to facilitate issue resolution
- A motivated, flexible, creative team player with perseverance, excellent multi-tasking abilities and a proven track record for meeting strict deadlines.
