Project Overview
A cloud-based solution is being built to enable digital storage and editing of the Information Package, and to integrate this modern digital information system with internal and external applications in preparation for the opening of the new Toronto courthouse.
Qualifications & Requirements
REQUIRED
- Must be able to work onsite in Toronto
- 8+ years of overall experience across the Software Development Life Cycle using Microsoft .NET Framework technologies
- Sound knowledge of developing web-based B2B/B2C applications in a client/server environment
- Experience and knowledge of web development skills including HTML, XML, XSLT, JavaScript, and Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010
- Expertise in database systems including MS SQL Server (2005/2008/2012) and stored procedures
NICE TO HAVE
- Extensive implementation experience with installation, configuration, customization, and extension of Microsoft Azure
- Experience with deployment, troubleshooting, and production support for developed applications
- Experience developing web-based solutions including sitemap writing and client-side JavaScript
- Hands-on experience developing Web/Windows applications using C#, .NET Core, ADO.NET, SQL Server, and .NET Framework with strong object-oriented knowledge
- Knowledge of HTML, XML, XSLT, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and related web technologies
- Experience with IIS 7.0/8.0
- Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, AJAX, WPF, WCF, and web services
- Experience with SSIS, LINQ, SSRS, Crystal Reports, and Excel reporting
EVALUATION CRITERIA
Technical Expertise - 40 points
- 8+ years of overall experience in entire Software Development Life Cycle as well as Microsoft .Net Framework Technologies, developing web-based applications in the client/server environment
UI Development & Integration - 35 points
- Experience and knowledge of Web Development skills like HTML, XML, XSLT,
- JavaScript, and Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010
Database Skills - 20 points
- Expertise in database systems, MS SQL 2005, 2008, 2012 and stored procedures
OPS Experience - 5 points
- 8+ Years of OPS Experience
