Project Overview
A cloud-based solution is being built to enable digital storage and editing of an Information Package, required to be operational for the opening of the new Toronto courthouse. The project includes integrating the modern digital information system with internal and external applications.
Qualifications & Requirements
REQUIRED
- Must be able to work onsite in Toronto
- 8+ years of experience across the Software Development Life Cycle using Microsoft .NET Framework technologies
- Experience developing web-based B2B/B2C applications in a client/server environment
- Experience and knowledge of web development using HTML, XML, XSLT, JavaScript, and Visual Studio
- Expertise in database systems including MS SQL Server and stored procedures
NICE TO HAVE
- Implementation experience with Microsoft Azure including installation, configuration, customization, extension, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support
- Experience developing web solutions including sitemap writing and client-side JavaScript
- Hands-on development of Web/Windows applications using C#, .NET Core, ADO.NET, SQL Server, and .NET Framework with strong object-oriented knowledge
- Experience with stored procedures and database design artifacts such as entity relationship diagrams
- Experience setting up relationships between system and custom entities
- Experience with form customization using JavaScript
- Experience converting requirements and functional specifications into technical design and effort estimates
- Knowledge of IIS 7.0/8.0
- Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, AJAX, WPF, WCF, and web services
- Experience with SSIS, LINQ, SSRS, Crystal Reports, and Excel reporting
- Experience with Windows Server environments and Visual Studio versions used for enterprise development
EVALUATION CRITERIA
Technical Expertise - 40 points
- 8+ years of overall experience in entire Software Development Life Cycle as well as Microsoft .Net Framework Technologies, developing web-based applications in the client/server environment
UI Development & Integration - 35 points
- Experience and knowledge of Web Development skills like HTML, XML, XSLT,
- JavaScript, and Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010
Database Skills - 20 points
- Expertise in database systems, MS SQL 2005, 2008, 2012 and stored procedures
OPS Experience - 5 points
- 8+ Years of OPS Experience
