Project Overview
A cloud-based solution is being implemented to enable digital storage and editing of an Information Package, including integration with internal and external applications, to support operations for the opening of the new Toronto courthouse.
Qualifications & Requirements
REQUIRED
- Must be able to work onsite in Toronto
- 8+ years of overall experience across the Software Development Life Cycle
- Experience with Microsoft .NET Framework technologies
- Experience developing web-based B2B/B2C applications in a client/server environment
- Experience and knowledge of web development skills including HTML, XML, XSLT, and JavaScript
- Experience with Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010
- Expertise in database systems including MS SQL Server (2005/2008/2012) and stored procedures
NICE TO HAVE
- Implementation experience with installation, configuration, customization, and extension of Microsoft Azure
- Experience with deployment, troubleshooting, and production support for developed applications
- Experience developing web solutions including sitemap writing and client-side JavaScript
- Hands-on experience developing Web/Windows applications using C#, .NET Core, ADO.NET, and SQL Server
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented concepts
- Knowledge of HTML, XML, XSLT, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX
- Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, WPF, WCF, and web services
- Experience setting up relationships between system and custom entities
- Experience with form customization using JavaScript
- Experience converting requirements and functional specifications into technical design with effort estimation
- Experience generating entity relationship diagrams
- Knowledge of Microsoft IIS 7.0/8.0
- Experience with Crystal Reports, SSRS, SSIS, and LINQ

Technical Expertise - 40 points
- 8+ years of overall experience in entire Software Development Life Cycle as well as Microsoft .Net Framework Technologies, developing web-based applications in the client/server environment
UI Development & Integration - 35 points
- Experience and knowledge of Web Development skills like HTML, XML, XSLT,
- JavaScript, and Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010
Database Skills - 20 points
- Expertise in database systems, MS SQL 2005, 2008, 2012 and stored procedures
OPS Experience - 5 points
- 8+ Years of OPS Experience
