Key Responsibilities

Undertake the design of hosting technology solutions based on client service specifications, standards, policies, best practices and cost models to meet CRM application business requirements and project/initiative deliverables
Gather client business requirements, corporate I&IT information mandates, client IT strategic plans, environments and standards
Participate in the development of solutions and provide advice on short- and long-term CRM solution service development activities
Prepare technical specifications for installation, testing and performance of integrated multi-service systems
Assess performance and capacity of existing systems and recommend improvements
Develop technical documentation
Plan, migrate, implement and sustain large complex system development projects
Evaluate technology developments, trends and new products for applicability to client short- and long-term technology requirements
Conduct cost/benefit analyses for new technology requirements in planning and designing solutions
Design and develop large, complex CRM applications
Perform systems evaluations to determine need and feasibility of expansion, renovation or replacement

Qualifications & Requirements

Must be able to work 5 days onsite per week
Knowledge of CRM applications
Knowledge of operating systems and environments
Knowledge of database technologies
Knowledge of programming languages and communication protocols
Knowledge of OPS directory/messaging standards
Knowledge of facilities architecture management and facility service delivery processes
Knowledge of infrastructure policies, procedures and direction
Knowledge of cost models and procurement processes
Knowledge of leading-edge technology design criteria
Knowledge of security and recovery procedures
Experience planning, migrating, implementing and sustaining large complex system development projects
Basic knowledge of project management methodology (e.g., PMBOK)
Experience designing and developing large, complex CRM applications

Technical Solution and Development Skills - 40 %

At least 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM
At least 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Adobe AEM technologies
Experience with developing business design document, functional & non- functional requirements
Experience with developing high level application flows to support the business requirements.
Experience in developing functional design document
Experience in creating detailed process flows, developing high-level screen designs that map steps within a process to actual views in software solutions
Experience with solutions and designs with user experience and accessibility (WCAG/AODA)
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Experience developing user personas and user journey maps
Experience analyzing user feedback and designing solutions to address user issues and pain points
Experience creating wire frames and high-fidelity mockups with UI prototyping software such as Figma or Adobe XD
Experience researching and applying industry best practices
Demonstrated experience in developing use cases (business/system), identifying and documenting business rules
Demonstrated experience with the creation and analytical process of business requirement documents
Demonstrated experience in identifying risk and providing solutions
Demonstrated experience with creating quality assurance plan and writing test cases

Technology Skills - 35%

7+ years of experience in Siebel Solution implementation
7+ years of experience in Adobe AEM Solution implementation
Demonstrated experience with change management methodologies
Demonstrated experience with documenting test strategies, scenarios, plans for user acceptance testing (UAT)
Demonstrated experience in creating and updating business architecture artefacts
Demonstrated experience with rational unified process (RUP)
Experience in developing application view visibility and CRUD (create, read, update, delete) matrix
Experience with developing application screen mock-ups and screen flows; translate screen design and workflows into Wireframes and or prototype

Soft Skills - 20%

Public Sector Experience - 5%

Experience with Public Sector Transfer Payment (Grant) Model would be an asset.
Experience with ensuring that corporate QA standards are followed and maintained would be an asset.
