All vendor personnel under contract within the OPS-Flextrack Program are not permitted to travel with OPS property without the express written approval of their Ministry contract representative. Failure to follow this directive may result in immediate removal of the vendor personnel from the assignment and/or termination of the contract with the vendor.
If applicable, optional extension to be executed only at discretion of Ministry and upon funding confirmation.
Responsibilities
Please note this position is listed as "Onsite"; the resource is expected to work 7.25 hours per calendar day between the standard working hours of 8:00-5:00 PM (excluding lunch breaks) every Monday to Friday inclusive at the identified OPS office location at 5700 Yonge St.
7-10 years of experience as a Senior Cognos Developer in a public sector environment or large (greater than 1000 users) business and I&IT transformation project(s).
• Hands-on experience writing Cognos, Power BI and SQL
• Experience in large scale implementations
• Technical expertise to enhance, configure, customize and integrate case management system with external or related applications
• Experience in conducting requirements elicitation, fit-gap, design, and development phases in large Cognos and Power BI implementations
• Ability to advise and provide technical recommendations on infrastructure, reporting and interfaces
