Responsibilities

• Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications.

This includes:

•Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion and migrations.

General Skills

• Experience in programming and analysis; specialized software package support at the specified experience level

• Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle

• Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation and maintenance of applications

• Experience in design, code, test, debug and document applications

• Experience in the use of object and/or third generation language development tools

• Experience in one or more programming languages

• Experience in application design, latest design patters, deployment and troubleshooting

• Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies

• Experience in the use of information retrieval packages using query languages

• Strong programming skills in Oracle database, PL/SQL, SQL, XML, Unix shell scripts and Oracle Data Integrator

• Proved business knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable and Inventory Modules of Oracle E-Business

• Great knowledge of Oracle E-Business table structure related to GL, AR, Collections, AP, INV and FND

• Strong knowledge of SQL tuning and using partition tables

• Demonstrated experience and understanding of data warehouse, ETL methodologies and OBIEE

• Demonstrated work experience on Java and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) will be a great asset

This position is listed as "Onsite"; the resource is expected to work 7.25 hours per calendar day between the standard working hours of 8:00-5:00 PM (excluding lunch breaks) every Monday to Friday inclusive at the identified OPS office location.

Deliverables / Responsibilities

Siebel Development Skills - 40 %

• 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration/ design / development / integration

• 5+ year of experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM , J2EE and etc

• 5+ year of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.

• 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18 with a focus on configuring / developing.

• Experience with Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Code/Scripts and related Siebel Business Layer objects.

• Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates.

• Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and Methods.

• Demonstrated possession of Siebel 8.x or above certification.

• Experience in Siebel Open UI Architecture (Physical Model, Presentation Model) and OOTB OUI file structures and limitations.

• Experience in UI integration (embedding external application in Siebel, Exposing Siebel in External application)

• Experience with configuring Siebel migration application

• Experience with administering the Siebel Approval Manager

Report Development Skills - 35%

• Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development

• Experience in HTML 5, Cascading Style Sheet, JQuery and JavaScript

• Working knowledge of Open UI Concepts-PM, PR, Manifest File and Mapping files

Soft Skills- 20%

• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

• Experience with Grants Management would be an asset.
