Project Overview

The OPGT Modernization initiative is an IT program to support continued service delivery for Ontarians who cannot care for themselves and have no one able to act on their behalf. Phase 1 delivered a cloud-based, fully integrated Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution replacing end-of-life case, financial, and document management systems as an MVP. Phase 2 will enhance the MVP by adding workflows, automation, and new features and functionality, including improved data and document capabilities.
