RQ-2026-010069 - Business Analyst - Junior - ONE ID Business Suport

Project Overview

The ONE ID Business Support team seeks to procure 1 Business Analyst. ONE ID is foundational to a wide range of digital health solutions used by healthcare professionals across Ontario. The contingent resource will support EHR modernization and ONE ID Change Management and Adoption initiatives and are required to meet operational demands and support the growing portfolio of ONE ID initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ONE ID operational activities including client support, partner requests, incidents and escalations within Service Level Agreement timelines.
• Execute IAM (Identity and Access Management) processes including end-user authentication and authorization.
• Support communication and engagement plans for ONE ID onboarding and adoption.
• Provide input to process improvements and process documentation aligned with evolving business needs.
• Support testing of new features and client health validation activities in lower environments.
• Provide effective operational support for ONE ID services, ensuring client requests, incidents, escalations are managed within established service levels.
• Coordinate and support client onboarding and adoption activities, including client engagement, communication and enablement.
• Execute IAM operational processes including registration, enrolment, authorization, security configuration support.
• Contribute to process improvements and process documentation that enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

REQUIRED

• Must be able to work 1 day onsite per week in Toronto
• 2+ years of experience as an operational Business Analyst in IT or digital health environments.
• Hands-on experience with client support and client onboarding.
• Strong attention to detail with specific focus on data integrity.
• Solid understanding of data integrity and data quality principles.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal communication skills, including experience communicating with clients and partners in an operational environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet SLA timelines.
• Demonstrated experience interpreting, analyzing, and executing business processes.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience with business intelligence tools, dashboards, or reporting systems.
• Knowledge of ITSM practices.
• Proven ability to work within IAM (Identity and Access Management) framework.
• Experience in the digital health ecosystem.
• Public sector experience is preferred.
