A Sr. Software Developer is requested to support the automation of the Agency's Intake and Onboarding process, particularly in response to the expanded scope of multi-service offerings made available through the Onboarding Request form. This initiative seeks to eliminate the need for health care practitioners to submit multiple requests, thereby streamlining the onboarding process and enhancing operational efficiency. Planned activities for this initiative include the completion of automation tasks to support new service offerings via the intake process, the execution of further automation —including eReferral integration with ONE ID, eConsult, and additional EMR services like eForms—and the integration of Helix to deliver a customer dashboard and online agreement functionality leveraging data collected from intake tickets. Additionally, further automation of oAuth client profiles is planned to include add-ons and migration flows, with the goal of eliminating manual data entry and further improving workflow efficiency.
