** Background Information **
The resource is required to support the development correspondence campaigns for the Colon Cancer Check (CCC) program updates and lead the development of the subsequent updates to the digital campaigns for the Digital Correspondence Portal.
** Must haves: **
· 3-5 years experience developing and maintaining paper and digital marketing campaigns and segmentation criteria
· 3-5 years experience working with CRM tools and rules engines
· 3-5 years experience manipulating and analyzing large relational and multi-dimensional data stores
** Responsibilities: **
· Provides subject matter expertise and hands-on engagement for all relevant systems including identifying and creating technical solutions design, development, and deployment for specified technology.
· Creates segmentation models, designs, and builds marketing campaigns.
· Refine and clarify designs during campaign development and implementation. Coding and unit testing, provide subject matter expertise in supporting System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
· Support deployment in production. Conduct Root Cause Analysis of production issues.
** Desired Skills: **
·5+ years experience with Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) marketing segmentation and Siebel CRM strongly preferred
·5+ years experience analyzing and designing changes to segmentation campaigns
·Experience in creating and documenting the technical design, development and delivery of specified technology solutions including: reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions and customizations
·Demonstrated experience in the creation and update of technical design specifications to satisfy project requirements
·Experience developing integrated test scenarios, identifying test data, executing test scenarios as part of system integration testing (COTS and custom), troubleshooting and resolving issues identified and documenting test results.
·Ability to manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume data from structured and semi-structured
·Experience working with healthcare data
·Complete knowledge of SDLC methodologies

· 3-5 years experience supporting deployment in production, including root cause analysis of production issues.
· 3-5 years experience developing data extraction, transformation, and load functionality for large relational and multi-dimensional data stores
** Evaluation Criteria: **
• Experience developing and maintaining paper and digital marketing campaigns and segmentation criteria.: 50 Points
• Experience developing data extraction, transformation, and load functionality for large relational and multi-dimensional data stores.: 25 Points
• Experience supporting deployment in production, including root cause analysis of production issues.: 15 Points
• Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) marketing segmentation and Siebel CRM.: 10 Points
Total evaluation criteria: 100 Points

· Development of campaigns for the Digital Correspondence Portal
· Development of campaigns for CCC program updates
· Support campaign production runs
